Password Must:   Password should contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 Special character, 1 Numeric character.
Not be the same as 12 previous passwords (including current)
Be at least 6 characters long.
Not contain more than 4 consecutive identical character(s).
Password length should not be greater than 64 characters.
